BACKORDERS:
Backorders will be filled and sent as soon as possible.If backorder is not more than $50.00 it will not be sent out.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME:
Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Fall season orders will be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. Order early to ensure shipment.
SHIPPING:
We ship UPS. UPS shipping charges vary and are determined by the weight and destination of your shipping. During the summer months we ship early in the week to avoid any melting. |

RETURNS:
Sometimes damages happen in shipping please report any damaged items within 24 hours. All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 10% restocking fee assessed. Customers will be liable for shipping and restocking fee on all returned/refused orders.
SHORTAGES:
Shortages must be reported in 24 hours of delivery.
