Online Orders: To place your order online via credit card using Visa or Mastercard, simply add the products to your cart. At the time of checkout, select "Pay via Credit Card" using our secure credit card gateway. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation order receipt within 48 hours.

We ship by UPS or truck depending on the location and size of the order. Due to the larger items that we sell, ALL shipping will be figured per order and you will be emailed a shipping total prior to your order being completed and billed.
All residents of MN are required to pay sales tax of 6.5% at the time of checkout.
We guarantee our products. If not completely satisfied, return the merchandise in it's new and unused condition within 30 days. Your money, minus shipping and handling costs, will be returned. The customer pays all returned merchandise shipping and handling. Damaged items require all original packaging be kept in tact and notification to Handcrafted By Michelle must be made within 3 business days of receipt.
